Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project executionOversee the development and implementation of Oracle GenAI solutions within the Finance & Accounting domainProvide clear direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with project goalsMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely deliveryCommunicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and managementEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsFacilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teamsManage project budgets and ensure financial targets are metIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomesDevelop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk logsConduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvementFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teamEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Oracle GenAI implementation and managementDemonstrate strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles and practicesExhibit excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoringShow proficiency in managing project budgets and financial targetsHave strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholdersDisplay the ability to identify and mitigate project risksMaintain a high level of attention to detail and quality standards.

PMP Certification Oracle Certified Professional
