Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role involves leveraging technical and domain expertise to drive impactful solutions that align with our companys goals and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and implementation of Oracle GenAI solutions to optimize financial processes.Oversee the integration of Oracle GenAI with existing financial systems to ensure seamless operations.Provide expert guidance on financial data analysis and reporting using Oracle GenAI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial process inefficiencies.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle GenAI implementations and financial processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards through accurate data analysis and reporting.Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle GenAI solutions to ensure optimal functionality.Conduct regular training sessions for team members on Oracle GenAI and financial analysis best practices.Support the finance team in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the finance and accounting domain.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle GenAI and finance technology.Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving efficient and effective financial operations.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Oracle GenAI and its application in financial processes.Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data analysis and reporting.Exhibit proficiency in integrating Oracle GenAI with existing financial systems.Showcase excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Display a thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.Have a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in finance and accounting.
