Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional SPE BD Pool with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and business monitoring. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.Provide insights and recommendations based on business monitoring data to improve performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Utilize web development skills to enhance the companys online presence and digital marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management to communicate business strategies and results.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated with industry trends.
Qualifications
