Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure and C# Oracle/PLSQL/MS SQL Server along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the development and enhancement of our products.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product features using Azure and C# technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Ensure product compliance with Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer regulations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.Participate in the design and architecture of new product features.Create and maintain technical documentation for product features and updates.Work closely with the QA team to ensure product quality and reliability.Assist in the planning and execution of product releases.Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Azure and C#.Have in-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.Be familiar with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Be adaptable to changing requirements and environments.
