Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure efficient and scalable deployment processes.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline software delivery and improve productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues ensuring high availability and performance.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to improve existing processes and solutions.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements particularly in the context of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.Participate in planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure deployment processes and overall system performance.Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication both remotely and on-site.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Terraform and Azure DevOps demonstrating the ability to manage complex infrastructure and deployment tasks.Have in-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains ensuring compliance and efficiency in related processes.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and industry best practices.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.Display strong organizational and time management skills managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
