Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Blockchain technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role involves developing and maintaining blockchain applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain blockchain applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.Provide technical expertise in blockchain technology and its applications.Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing systems.Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain applications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.Write clean maintainable and efficient code.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.Have experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools.Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity JavaScript or Python.Show experience with smart contract development and deployment.Exhibit knowledge of cryptographic principles and security protocols.Have a background in software development with a focus on blockchain solutions.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Demonstrate experience with version control systems such as Git.Be familiar with agile development methodologies.
