Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated BD Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and contributing to the companys growth and success.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.Oversee the analysis of market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis and planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure.Ensure that all business development activities are aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize business development strategies.Support the development of marketing and sales materials to enhance business development efforts.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Business Analysis and Planning.Should have a solid understanding of R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
