Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java and Python and domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality.Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Java and Python.Provide expertise in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains to ensure relevant test coverage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.Develop and implement quality assurance processes and best practices.Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Participate in requirement analysis to provide input on testability.Mentor junior team members on quality assurance methodologies.Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quality status.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality product releases.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Java and Python.Must have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech.Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).Should have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.Nice to have knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have a passion for quality and continuous improvement.Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
