Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 9 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Mix Modeler Adobe DSP and Adobe Advertising. Experience in Analytics is a plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are well-defined and achievable.Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Utilize Adobe Mix Modeler to analyze and optimize marketing strategies.Implement and manage Adobe DSP campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.Leverage Adobe Advertising tools to enhance campaign performance and ROI.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in project management with 9 to 10 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Mix Modeler Adobe DSP and Adobe Advertising.Have a solid understanding of analytics and its application in project management.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models.Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Adapt to changing project requirements and environments.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Possess strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
