Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director with 20 to 23 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio & Project Management Program Budget/Cost/Profit and Program Execution. This hybrid role requires excellent strategic planning and execution skills to drive successful project outcomes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of multiple programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the development and implementation of project management methodologies and standards.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery.Manage program budgets costs and profitability to achieve financial targets.Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across all projects within the portfolio.Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.Foster collaboration and communication among project teams stakeholders and senior management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of programs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and outcomes.Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements.Provide regular updates and reports on program status performance and outcomes to senior management.Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and programs.Have a strong background in Program Budget/Cost/Profit management ensuring financial targets are met.Demonstrate expertise in Program Execution with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.Exhibit excellent strategic planning and execution skills to drive project success.Show proficiency in resource allocation and utilization to optimize project performance.Have strong risk management capabilities to identify and mitigate potential issues.Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrate the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status and outcomes.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.Exhibit strong leadership and guidance to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
