Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager - P&C with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and a background in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in managing and overseeing Property & Casualty insurance operations.Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with company goals.Oversee the processing of AutoClaims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.Utilize MS Office tools to generate reports and analyze data for decision-making.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations.Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.
Qualifications
Must have strong technical skills in MS Office.Experience in AutoClaims and Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets and objectives.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.Should have the ability to adapt to changing business environments.Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Should have a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service.Must be able to work night shifts and manage remote teams effectively.Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred.
