Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer with 16 to 19 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive impactful projects that align with our companys goals. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure seamless integration of new features.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and release notes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of our user base.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies continuously improving our software development processes.Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making providing technical insights and recommendations.Ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with the companys goals and have a positive impact on society.

Possess extensive experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in optimizing application performance and scalability.Have a proven track record of leading successful software development projects.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
