Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular JS and Java and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Angular JS and Java.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.Ensure that all software developed is secure and compliant with industry standards.Document development processes code changes and other relevant information.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Angular JS and Java.Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.Have experience with version control systems such as Git.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be familiar with agile development practices.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.Have experience with RESTful APIs and web services.Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
