As a SPA commission (Callidus) Project Consultant you will make an impact by owning the development and implementation of Callidus solutions to meet client requirements. Program management skills, communication with collaborators, risk assessment, addressing them, and obstacle removal are necessary. We are looking for someone to monitor progress, performance indicators and share the burn down chart or dashboard with clients and leadership partner to showcase progress. While, the resource also needed to envision clients goal and should be able to understand the business solution with domain / product expertise.
In this role, you will
- Oversee the configuration and customization of TrueComp and TrueProducer applications.
- Provide expert mentorship on best practices for Callidus development and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery of solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Callidus solutions through rigorous testing.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of Callidus solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Callidus-related projects.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine solutions accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Callidus technology.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
