We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Service Now Arquitect.
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Asset Management and Service Now.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Asset Management systems.
• Provide expertise in Service Now to streamline IT service management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and security of IT assets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Analyze and report on infrastructure performance metrics to senior management.
• Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Asset Management and Service Now.
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Should be proficient in IT infrastructure management and optimization.
• Must have experience in developing and maintaining IT documentation.
• Should be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices.
• Must have experience in implementing and managing disaster recovery plans.
• Should have the ability to analyze and report on performance metrics.
• Must be proactive in staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
