Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Analyst/Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Loftware Label Print Software and preferably experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Loftware Label Print Software.
- Oversee the design coding and testing of software applications to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
- Ensure the software solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the highest quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment phases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Loftware Label Print Software.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software applications including design specifications and user manuals.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all software development activities.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Loftware Label Print Software.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Show proficiency in software design coding and testing methodologies.
- Have experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus.
- Display a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
- Maintain a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
