Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in React JS and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of React JS and domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.Have 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS.Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.Have experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.Display excellent communication and teamwork skills.Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.Have a strong understanding of web development principles.Show ability to work in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development.Possess strong analytical and debugging skills.Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
