Job Summary
As a Product Specialist (T) you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality microservices and Java web services. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your role will involve ensuring the seamless integration of services within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain enhancing our product offerings and contributing to the companys success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain microservices and Java web services to ensure high performance and responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including security and data protection standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in developing microservices and Java web services.Demonstrate proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have a good understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
