Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in .NET to join our dynamic team. Primary Skill: .Net MVC 2+ .Net Framework .Net Core 5+ Microservices Integration Design Patterns DevSecOps APR + R Treatment Strategies Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) GenAI: Any Code Companion Secondary: UI (Angular/React)
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using .NET technologiesOversee the architectural integrity of software systems and ensure alignment with business goalsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsEnsure the scalability performance and security of software applicationsConduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software developmentStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovationDevelop and maintain technical documentation for software systemsParticipate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and toolsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutionsEnsure compliance with company policies and standards in all technical activities
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in .NET technologies and software architectureShould possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyMust have excellent communication and collaboration skillsShould have experience in leading and mentoring development teamsMust be proficient in designing scalable and secure software solutionsShould have a strong understanding of software development best practicesMust be able to work effectively in a hybrid work modelShould have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutionsMust be able to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesShould have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring best practicesMust be able to develop and maintain technical documentationShould have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesMust be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their needs.
