Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 9 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions. Primary: Java 11+ JEE Spring Spring Boot Microservices Design Patterns and DevOps Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) GenAI: Any Code Companion Secondary: UI (Angular/React)
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Java Fullstack applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Maintain code quality organization and automation.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance user experience.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Java Fullstack development.Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.Have experience with back-end frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.Show familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.Exhibit knowledge of version control systems like Git.Understand agile methodologies and practices.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices.Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
