Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP SD SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP APO - GATP and SAP PP-Variant Configuration. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee complex projects ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful results. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of SAP projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Oversee project scope goals and deliverables coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.Provide expertise in SAP SD SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP APOGATP and SAP PP-Variant Configuration to guide project teams.Manage project resources including team members and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project execution.Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion.Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providing regular updates and seeking input as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.Identify and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project success.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives to ensure clear communication and alignment.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.Provide training and support to project team members ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.Evaluate project outcomes capturing lessons learned and sharing insights to inform future projects.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP APOGATP and SAP PP-Variant Configuration.Demonstrate strong project management skills including the ability to manage resources timelines and budgets effectively.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Show a proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.Have a deep understanding of SAP systems and their integration with other business processes.Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues proactively.Hold relevant certifications in SAP and project management such as PMP or SAP Certified Application Associate.
