Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP HANA Basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Oversee the installation configuration and upgrading of SAP HANA databases.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Basis issues.Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.Monitor system performance and perform regular health checks to identify and resolve potential issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Basis.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures for SAP systems.Participate in the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades and migrations.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP-related tasks.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Contribute to the development and implementation of SAP-related projects to support business objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical requirements.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration and SAP HANA Basis.Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues.Have a solid understanding of backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.Show expertise in monitoring and optimizing system performance.Exhibit knowledge of security policies and procedures for SAP systems.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.Proven track record of successful SAP system upgrades and migrations.Strong technical documentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
