Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Account Management and Cash Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Java JavaScript and MySQL.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to company standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Ensure that all software solutions are scalable and secure.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in AWS SQL Java JavaScript and MySQL.Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Must be proficient in English both written and spoken.Experience in Account Management and Cash Management is a plus.Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must be able to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.Should have a proactive attitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
