Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networks and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our consulting processes ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate client needs to develop effective consulting strategies.
- Provide expert advice on network-related issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the network domain.
- Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the implementation of network solutions to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Monitor and assess the performance of network solutions post-implementation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all consulting activities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the success of implemented solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and processes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in network technologies and solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Show proficiency in using various network analysis tools and software.
- Have a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
Certifications Required
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
