Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Windchill to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in Multi Channel domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel requirements. The position operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Windchill applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.Provide technical expertise and support for Windchill-related projects.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill applications.Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Document technical specifications and project requirements clearly and comprehensively.Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their professional growth.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.Collaborate with the Multi Channel domain team to integrate Windchill solutions seamlessly.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Windchill.Demonstrate proficiency in Multi Channel domain skills.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Show strong communication and collaboration skills.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Certifications Required
Windchill Certified Professional Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred.
