Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications ensuring high performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective technical solutions.Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions and processes.Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications identifying and addressing any issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates incorporating them into existing solutions where applicable.Implement and enforce data quality and data governance standards within Salesforce applications.Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce applications.Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for Salesforce and data governance initiatives.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Salesforce development and implementation.Demonstrate strong knowledge of data quality and data governance principles.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.Hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to data governance.Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
