Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Analyst with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic. Experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures.Identify document and track software defects.Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not affected by new changes.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.Provide support during user acceptance testing and post-implementation phases.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
Qualifications
Must have experience in CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic.Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance.Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable
