Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn candidate to take our Cognizant´s company brand to the next level:
Description:
· Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience as a tester: Developing, executing, and documenting test plans.
- Test Planning and Design: Creating detailed test plans covering all functional and non-functional aspects of the financial product, based on customer requirements and product specifications.
- Collaboration with the Development Team: Working closely with developers to understand the requirements of new functionalities and defect fixes, ensuring clear and efficient communication for timely problem resolution.
- Experience in SQL Queries: Having experience in using SQL language to perform efficient queries on the digital loan system database, allowing data verification and identification of potential issues during quality testing.
- Knowledge of testing tools: Postman and Jira.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Definition and adaptation of internal quality procedures: Standards and specifications based on industry quality standards and audit recommendations.
- Ensuring company-wide quality testing standards.
- Reviewing quality metrics: To identify improvement opportunities or deficiencies in meeting established standards.
- Experience in testing Web, App, and APIs.
- Good communication skills: To work collaboratively in a team.
- Nice to have: Experience with one or more banking products/processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth, onboarding, etc.).
- Nice to have: Proficiency in SQL.
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- Working hours: Spain time zone.
