Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience in Microservices and Java Webservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive product success and innovation.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Microservices and Java Webservices to enhance product functionality and performance.Oversee the integration of new technologies and solutions within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and product features.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality performance and security standards are met.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to product operations.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Monitor and evaluate product performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Microservices and Java Webservices to drive innovation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in developing and implementing Microservices and Java Webservices.Have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and its technical requirements.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in agile development methodologies and practices.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
