Job Summary
We are seeking a Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Configuration and a strong background in Computational Biology. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that drive our companys mission and impact society positively.
Responsibilities
Develop and configure SFDC solutions to meet business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirementsImplement best practices in SFDC Configuration to ensure optimal performanceProvide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC-related issuesCreate and maintain documentation for SFDC configurations and processesConduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and securityParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersStay updated with the latest SFDC features and updates to leverage new functionalitiesWork closely with the Computational Biology team to integrate SFDC solutions with biological dataDevelop custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision makingEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologiesProvide training and support to end-users on SFDC functionalities
Qualifications
Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in SFDC ConfigurationMust have a strong background in Computational BiologyShould have excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsShould have experience in developing custom reports and dashboardsShould have strong communication and collaboration skillsNice to have experience with other CRM platformsNice to have knowledge of data integration techniquesNice to have experience in Agile development methodologiesNice to have certifications in SFDC or related technologiesShould be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyShould have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trendsShould be able to work independently and as part of a teamShould have a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
