Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.Develop detailed functional specifications for ebao AIX Administration and Unix systems.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.Ensure that all business requirements are met through effective system design and implementation.Conduct regular reviews and updates of system processes to ensure efficiency.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Oversee the testing and validation of new system features and updates.Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Maintain comprehensive documentation of all system changes and updates.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix.Must have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance.Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Should have experience with system testing and validation.Must be proficient in creating and maintaining documentation.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Must be able to provide training and support to end-users.Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
