Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 14 to 18 years of experience in Analytics and Networks. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and implementation of advanced technical solutions. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to meet business needs.Oversee the integration of network technologies to ensure seamless operation and high performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable and reliable network systems.Ensure the security and integrity of data through robust analytics and network protocols.Conduct regular performance evaluations and optimize systems for improved efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.Implement best practices for data management and network security.Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in analytics and network technologies.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams.In-depth knowledge of data management and network security best practices.Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
