Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Product Engineering Manager with 16 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Web API Microservices.NET and .Net Core along with domain expertise in Multi-Channel Order Management Services. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can drive product engineering initiatives and contribute to our companys success.
Responsibilities
Lead the product engineering team to design develop and implement high-quality software solutions.Oversee the development and maintenance of Web API Microservices.NET and .Net Core applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliverables.Ensure that all software solutions meet performance scalability and security standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery of products.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for all engineering processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in Web API Microservices.NET and .Net Core.Have extensive experience in Multi-Channel Order Management Services.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Show proficiency in project management and resource allocation.Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
