Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in C# and C++ with a preference for experience in New Product Development-Tech. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software systems using C# and C++.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.Develop and implement software architecture strategies that align with business goals.Ensure that all software solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Participate in the planning and execution of new product development projects.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Document technical specifications and design decisions for future reference.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in C# and C++ programming languages.Should have a proven track record in software architecture and design.Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Nice to have experience in New Product Development-Tech domain.Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
