We are seeking for ServiceNow professionals that are experienced in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Ability to lead and guide team.
- Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
- Review project documents for quality assurance
- Interact and consult with clients.
- Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish.
- Compile requirements and solutions to offer to our customers.
- Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.
- Collaborates with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to set technical direction for the delivery of solutions.
- Provides input to the design of ServiceNow as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
- Supports implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions.
- Provides input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.
- Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients.
- Create technology related artifacts that our service delivery team utilize as a client deliverable Establishes and enforces systems design and architectural standards, establishes maintains best practices and drive the principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
- Supports pre-sales activities including scoping, compilation of estimates and contribution to statement of work documents.
- Key contributor to marketing activities including webinars, social media posts, blogs and white papers
To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Expert certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation
- Experience with complex Implementations and transformations.
- Experience working in an Enterprise setting
- Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.
