Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Configuration and domain expertise in Cheminformatics. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to SFDC Development and Customization.Oversee the configuration of SFDC to meet the specific needs of the project.Provide expertise in Cheminformatics to ensure project alignment with industry standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up to date.Manage project budgets and resources effectively.Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for management.Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all action items are tracked and completed.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Provide training and support to team members on SFDC and Cheminformatics best practices.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Must have strong expertise in SFDC Configuration.Must have domain experience in Cheminformatics.Should have excellent project management skills.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.Should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Should be detail-oriented and highly organized.Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Should have strong problem-solving skills.Should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
