Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Blockchain technology and a strong background in Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts contributing to the development and enhancement of our financial software solutions. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain blockchain-based financial software solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.Ensure the security and integrity of financial transactions through robust blockchain protocols.Optimize and enhance existing software for improved performance and scalability.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for blockchain-related issues.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.Document software designs specifications and implementation processes.Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.Mentor and guide junior developers in blockchain and financial software development.Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance.Have experience in developing and deploying blockchain solutions.Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity JavaScript or Python.Exhibit knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.Show experience with financial software development and integration.Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications Required
Certified Blockchain Developer Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
