Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding testing and documentation to maintain high standards of quality.Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the teams capabilities.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective project management.Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies to align with business goals.Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications by implementing robust architecture and design principles.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to learn and grow their skills.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.Have a deep understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.Display a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing processes.
