Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Microservices and Java Webservices to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and performance.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.Ensure that all developed services are scalable secure and maintainable.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and deliverables.Ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices.Have experience in developing and maintaining scalable and secure web services.Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have experience in the full software development lifecycle.Display knowledge of automated testing frameworks.Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
