- Having experience with Infor M3 and Infor ERP.
- Having experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
- Having a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Develop and maintain applications using Infor M3 and Infor ERP to ensure seamless business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor M3 and Infor ERP systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement best practices for coding and system integration to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize the use of Infor M3 and Infor ERP.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities and system configurations.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to company standards.
- Train and mentor junior developers to build a strong technical team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all development activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Support the deployment of new applications and updates in a hybrid work environment.
