We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Retail, Restaurants, or Consumer Goods Industry. This is an onsite role.
Required Skills:
Point of Sales (POS), Jira, Office 365, SharePoint, UML, PPM
Qualifications
1. Possesses 8-10 years of IT experience in Retail, Restaurants or Consumer Goods industry
2. Experience in Retail and Store operations processes like Store Inventory Management, Point of Sale system, Store Transaction Management (Store Ordering, Receiving), Loyalty, Store work force Management, compliance and loss prevention
3. Extensive hands-on experience in implementation project (Point of Sale, Workforce Management, In-store experience, retail shrinkage)
4. Should have handled and delivered complex projects within store operations domain
5. Experience working as product owner, business analyst, product manager, project manager to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap
6. Experience as liaison with business owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.
7. Should have excellent communications skills
8. Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore
9. Supporting pre-sales activities as stores subject matter expert by actively participating in win theme discussions, deal shaping process, other BD activities, etc.
10. Help create strategy, roadmap, and drive clients on their store operations transformation journey
11. Experience working with leadership teams to define the capability offerings of retail store operations

• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide training and support to team members on tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the development of business cases and project proposals.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Contribute to the company’s purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that impact society positively.
