Administration and Maintenance:
- Perform advanced administration tasks, including the installation, configuration of Domino servers.
- Have extensive experience in version upgrade for Domino server
- Have experience to implement SSO in Dominio platform
- Monitor server performance, capacity, and security, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain Domino clustering and replication.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting synchronizing issue between Domino email ID & AD
- Support third part tools Ex: Notrix, Ytria as needed by the environment.
Architectural Design:
- Develop and implement architectural strategies for the Domino environment to align with organizational goals.
- Design scalable and efficient Domino solutions to support business requirements and growth.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the Domino infra.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide third-level support for complex issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure the Domino environment complies with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Implement and manage security measures, including access controls, encryption, and antivirus protection.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Backup and Recovery:
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures for Domino servers.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Domino with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Summary of Technical skills

- In-depth knowledge of Domino architecture, clustering, and replication.
- Familiarity with Domino scripting and automation tools.

Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is [$73,350 to $116,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
