The Role
We are looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Consulting Manager, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant’s industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings (e.g., Strategic Control Points, development of consulting assets); and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects. Summary
We are seeking highly skilled 8-12 years of experience in wealth management business consulting space. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- 8-12 years of experience in wealth management business consulting space
- Hands-on experience in implementing wealth management products (Temenos Wealth suite, Triple A Plus, Broadridge, FIS)
- Experience in design and implement microservices architecture solutions
- Extensive experience in portfolio management services within wealth management and thorough understanding of various asset classes.
- Experience in data mapping and API creation that supports WM processes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience to lead the key stakeholders and provide domain thought leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to capture business requirements and should work closely with architecture and development teams.
