The Role
We are looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Consulting Manager, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant’s industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings (e.g., Strategic Control Points, development of consulting assets); and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects. Summary
We are seeking highly skilled 6-10 years of business analyst experience within AXIOM reporting tool and Regulatory Capital for bank especially Credit Risk and GL reconciliation. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- 6-10 years of business analyst experience within AXIOM reporting tool and Regulatory Capital for bank especially Credit Risk and GL reconciliation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for regulatory reporting.
- Conduct detailed analysis of regulatory requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Utilize Axiom reporting tool to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
- Understand and interpret complex financial instruments, transactions, and data flow
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to capture business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
