Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Azure Functions Azure Data Lake Store Azure DevOps and Azure Data Factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bioinformatics and will work from our office during day shifts. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Azure Functions to support various bioinformatics applications.Implement and manage Azure Data Lake Store for efficient data storage and retrieval.Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure seamless data flow.Collaborate with bioinformatics teams to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure-based applications and services.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Azure-related projects.Document all development processes configurations and procedures for future reference.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure technologies and bioinformatics.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.Contribute to the overall success of bioinformatics projects by delivering high-quality Azure solutions.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in developing and maintaining Azure Functions.Must have expertise in managing Azure Data Lake Store for efficient data handling.Must have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.Must be proficient in designing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.Must have a solid understanding of bioinformatics and its data requirements.Nice to have experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Azure-based applications.
Certifications Required
Azure Developer Associate certification is required.
