Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Web API .Net API Google Cloud Spanner Microservices.NET and .Net Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multi-Channel Order Management Services. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Web API .Net API Google Cloud Spanner Microservices.NET and .Net Core.Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to enhance their skills and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications by conducting thorough code reviews and testing.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance productivity.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the development and deployment of applications.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth operation of software systems.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.Participate in architectural discussions to design robust and scalable systems.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Web API .Net API Google Cloud Spanner Microservices.NET and .Net Core.Should have a strong background in Multi-Channel Order Management Services.Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Should have experience in leading and mentoring development teams.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Must have the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.Should have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality of deliverables.Must possess strong technical documentation skills.Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Must have experience in developing and maintaining scalable and secure applications.Should have the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Must be committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
