Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience in Cisco SD WAN Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment to support our IT infrastructure and security needs.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of Cisco SD WAN solutions to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Cisco Switching & Routing to support seamless network operations.Provide expertise in Software Defined Networks to enhance network flexibility and scalability.Manage user access and identity management processes to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources.Support IT business operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.Implement IT security measures to protect the organizations data and network infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.Conduct regular network assessments to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for improvements.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organizations IT infrastructure remains current.Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and security protocols.Document all network configurations changes and incidents for future reference.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all IT operations.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Cisco SD WAN Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks.Demonstrate expertise in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.Hold relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.Have a proven track record of managing and securing IT infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.
