Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5. This role operates on a hybrid work model with night shifts. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the performance of APM systems to ensure optimal functionalityImplement and manage Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 configurations to ensure efficient traffic distributionProvide technical support and troubleshooting for APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APM and Load Balancer solutions into existing infrastructureConduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain high availability and reliabilityDevelop and maintain documentation for APM and Load Balancer configurations and proceduresEnsure compliance with security policies and protocols in all technical operationsPerform routine maintenance and updates to APM and Load Balancer systems to prevent downtimeAnalyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve potential issuesAssist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrationsProvide training and guidance to junior team members on APM and Load Balancer technologiesParticipate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure componentsCollaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in APM systems and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologiesHave a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operationsDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsShow proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuningHave experience in technical documentation and complianceExhibit strong communication and collaboration skillsBe capable of working independently and in a team environmentHave a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issuesShow commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentBe adaptable to night shift work and hybrid work modelHave a solid understanding of security protocols and best practicesDemonstrate ability to train and mentor junior staffBe prepared to participate in on-call rotations for critical support.
Certifications Required
Certified in APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies. Additional certifications in infrastructure management are a plus.
