Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 11 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Data Veeva Core SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during the day shift focusing on innovative solutions to enhance our systems. Experience in Research and Development is a plus contributing to our mission of driving technological advancement. Candidate should know myinsight report.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.Oversee SFDC Development and Customization projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Provide expertise in SFDC Data management optimizing data integrity and accessibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva Core solutions improving operational efficiency.Develop and customize SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and system performance.Configure SFDC systems to meet evolving business needs ensuring scalability and flexibility.Analyze and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system reliability.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SFDC Configuration and Development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging the latest technologies to optimize processes.Mentor and support team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making aligning technology solutions with business objectives.Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful implementations.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management with the ability to optimize data processes.Have experience with Veeva Core solutions enhancing system capabilities and user experience.Show expertise in SFDC Lightning developing and customizing components for improved functionality.Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Configuration ensuring systems are adaptable and efficient.Experience in Research and Development is a plus contributing to innovative solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
