As a Lead React/Node Developer you will make an impact by owning the development of new, scalable applications that improve customer experience and drive business value. You'll play a key role in mentoring talent, crafting technical decisions, and helping deliver results that matter. You will be a valued member of our Digital Engineering Practice and work collaboratively with our Senior Architect to lead innovative solutions and achieve excellence in the insurance industry.

- Developed high-quality software solutions using React JS to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Collaborated with multi-functional teams to craft, develop, and implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensured application performance, quality, and responsiveness through thorough testing and debugging.

- Joined code reviews to uphold code quality and encourage team collaboration.
- Collaborated closely with collaborators to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Contributed to the architectural design and development of scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Provided technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Implemented security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Optimized applications for speed and scalability, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
